StoneScape Industries Refund Policy

All sales are 100% final and cannot be returned to StoneScape Industries unless it is damaged or defective. If the product you ordered is defective you must email sales@stonescapeindustries.com or call 888-224-3432 within 14 days of your purchase in order to arrange an exchange of the product. No refunds or credits will be issued. If your product is defective and you are returning merchandise to StoneScape Industries the following conditions must be met:

*The customer will be responsible for shipping costs when returning any merchandise to StoneScape Industries. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless StoneScape Industries examines the product after it is returned and it is determined that the product was damaged or defective when shipped to you.

*Original merchandise MUST be returned with notes of where the product is damaged.

*No merchandise will be accepted unless it has been authorized by StoneScape Industries in advance.

If any of the above listed conditions are not met by the customer then the refund policy and any verbal agreements concerning the refund policy made between the customer and StoneScape Industries becomes VOID.

All refund requests are subject to an investigation by StoneScape Industries.

If damage to merchandise should occur during shipping StoneScape Industries must be notified immediately. Damaged merchandise must be returned to Stonescape Industries before we process a replacement.
